Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory Infusion Center.
• Prepare and administer infusions and related therapies.
• Insert IV access and maintain existing central access as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy by venipuncture or central access.
• Coordinate patient flow and care delivery.
• Identify learning needs of patients and families and provide guidance.
• Delegate tasks to clinical staff per demonstrated competencies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for patient education and documentation.
• Work well in a team or autonomously with a professional demeanor.
