Registered Nurse - RN – Infusion Center - Full Time

The Registered Nurse provides direct care to patients with Hematological and Oncological diseases. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy/biotherapy as prescribed, verifying orders, providing non-oncologic infusion treatments, educating patients and families about disease and treatment, completing assessments, communicating findings, and documenting in the EMR.

This is a Full-time position

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 10-hour days, 4-day work week at NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, located at 1978 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY.

Preferred Criteria

• Infusion experience

• Oncology experience

Required Criteria

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing

• ONS Certification

• Current NYS RN license

• At least two years of oncology and/or ambulatory experience, with chemotherapy/biotherapy and immunotherapy certification

• Proficient IV/Central line access skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills
