The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high-quality, low-cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. Responsible for patient care and support within our hospital's outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.
Education
Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse license in the State of Massachusetts.
Experience
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required; ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technologies.
