***This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.***

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provides medical services at the scope and level of a Registered Nurse to preserve the health of employees and client personnel.
2. Systematically assesses urgent or emergent health needs, analyzes data, and formulates a care plan in collaboration with the medical team, considering the employee's capabilities and job requirements.
3. Implements treatment plans for various life-threatening medical conditions.
4. Uses and understands various medical devices, such as catheters and feeding tubes.
5. Operates life support systems.
6. Recognizes and treats illnesses and injuries according to established protocols within licensed and regulatory scope.
7. Records and maintains patient information following standard protocols and the Privacy Act.
8. Identifies and records signs and symptoms of physical and mental conditions.
9. Exercises skill in initiative, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making daily.
10. Makes independent judgments and prioritizes workload.
11. Demonstrates success in stressful environments.
12. Pursues professional development and continuing education to stay current with healthcare practices and trends.
13. Monitors financial transactions and ensures consistent application of contract charges.
14. Protects patient privacy through confidentiality, infection control, proper medication administration, and equipment maintenance.
15. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent clinical experience (at least 6 months in the past year) for all healthcare providers and medical support staff.
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active, unrestricted Nursing License and ability to be credentialed favorably.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and CBIC/CIC.
• Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and MS Office.
• Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and operational needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

• Work typically performed in an interior/office environment.
• Prolonged sitting and standing.
