Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patient and families.
• Using the appropriate protocol, administer medications and treatments; monitor side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members and/or care givers.
