00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina to provide professional nursing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The RN will conduct health assessments, coordinate preventive care, and support staff and clients in residential settings.

The role requires an RN license, an accredited nursing degree, and CPR certification. A background in developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program.
• Valid state RN certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide health-related training to staff and people served.
• Conduct routine nursing assessments and coordinate preventative medical appointments.
• Participate in each individual's person-centered plan to help reach their fullest potential.
• Interact with staff at the office and in residential homes.
• Observe and evaluate health needs, monitor medications as appropriate.
• Maintain documentation and perform quality assurance checks.

Conhecimentos

Communication skills

Ability to lift 20-50 lbs

Associate's degree in Nursing
