Thundermist Health Center is looking for a Registered Nurse in Warwick, Rhode Island, to deliver comprehensive care across various medical disciplines. Your role involves patient assessment, triage, education, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a State of Rhode Island RN license, and a genuine commitment to health equity. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities across multiple clinic locations with an emphasis on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred, new RN graduates welcome.
• Ambulatory health care experience is a plus.
• Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patient healthcare needs and determine appropriate actions.
• Triage phone calls and prioritize patient needs.
• Perform nurse visits and provide health education.
