Qualifications

• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred, new RN graduates welcome.
• Ambulatory health care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient healthcare needs and determine appropriate actions.
• Triage phone calls and prioritize patient needs.
• Perform nurse visits and provide health education.
• Administer vaccines and treatments as directed.
