Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality while coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless care across shifts.

Responsibilities include evaluating the effectiveness of care by direct caregivers and upholding Mercy Service Standards. Candidates must hold an RN license, BLS, and meet unit-specific certification requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Maintain current RN license in hiring state and meet board requirements.
• Certifications may be required based on unit/position within the department timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
