Qualifications

• Preferably one year of clinic experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications and assisting with procedures.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting.
• Communicate necessary information to nursing staff and other personnel.
