Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is hiring a registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process. You will evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with other departments to support safe, effective outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, while upholding Mercy standards and service expectations. A current RN license and BLS certification are required; ACLS/NRP/etc may be needed depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
