Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse in Farmington, NM to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patient needs, and revise care plans as conditions change while working with CNAs, LPNs, and other professionals to achieve optimal patient well-being.

The RN must hold an active RN license in good standing, have a nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s), and obtain CPR certification if not already current.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans as condition changes.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
