Responsibilities

• The RN provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinates and integrates patient care based on the nursing process.
• Directs care according to safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control standards to discharge patients with optimal care.
• Coordinates and plans patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Performs HICS responsibilities during emergencies or disasters as directed.
