Job summary

Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and supervise staff per shift. You will support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high quality, safe nursing services, competency, and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law/regulation/policy.
CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, safe, cost-effective nursing care to all patients.
Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
Direct care per safety standards, risk management, QI and infection control to optimize discharge outcomes.
Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
Perform HICS responsibilities during emergencies and disasters.
