Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the physician's plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly to the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and facility policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
