Overview

Qualified external applicants with at least six months of RN experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus. To qualify, you must be hired into a full-time or part-time position; PRN roles are excluded. Some restrictions apply. Contact a recruiter for details.

In this role, you will:

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Promote patient health, safety, and well-being using the nursing process, aligned with standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsement acceptable
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required for new graduates; preferred for experienced RNs

Experience:

• One year of experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• RN License required; current state license or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact

Physical Requirements:

• Medium Work - exerting up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
