Job summary

NITELINES USA, INC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse II for our Estacada, Oregon location. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Responsibilities include center assessments, health evaluations, immunization status checks, triage for mental health histories, and coordination with physicians.

Must hold OR RN license and CPR certification, with 2–4 years of nursing experience. Responsibilities also cover emergency care, chart audits, patient counseling, and collaboration with health staff

Qualifications

• Must have current state license to practice independently in OR.
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR Certificate.
• Must have 2–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Center Assessments: ensure wellness center readiness for PCAs per PRH, ROTAs, ROCAs, and internal audits.
• Student Assessments and Care: health evaluations, immunization status checks, and triage for mental health histories.
• Emergency Care: maintain BLS, medical records, privacy compliance, and collaboration with medical providers.
• Administration: oversee documentation and coordination as part of health services program.
