Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse II to provide individualized, goal‑directed patient care using nursing process principles. The RN collaborates with the health care team to deliver safe, effective care and improve patient outcomes.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred. An Associate or Diploma with BSN in progress within two years, BSN within four years, and at least one year of RN experience are needed.

Minimum Training and Education: Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred. RN staff hired on or after July 1, 2013 with an Associate or Diploma degree must be enrolled in an accredited BSN program within two years and obtain a BSN within four years of hire or reclassification. A minimum of one year of RN experience required.
Licensure, Certifications, & Registrations: RN license from the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required (AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or equivalent, or American Red Cross CPR/AED).
Physical Requirements:
Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, weekend nights shift 6 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (hours are rounded to the nearest half hour).
