Cardinal Health in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, focusing on assessment, education, prevention, and restoration of health.
The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and NCLEX-RN licensure, with flexibility to float among San Diego offices and adhere to infection control and safety policies.
Nursing is responsible for the delivery of safe and efficient quality nursing care. Examines patients and administers prescribed medications to facilitate healing and increase comfort. Nursing requires training and or licensed to care for patients. Job Purpose To provide patient/family driven care, the Registered Nurse, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, will deliver treatment with an emphasis on assessment, education, prevention, maintenance, and restoration of health and when indicated end of life comfort care in a supportive and culturally sensitive manner.
