General Summary of Position

MedStar Health Franklin Square Medical Center is seeking experienced RNs to fill roles in the ICU.

Unit Highlights

• 42 Bed Unit
• Caring for a wide patient population including medical, respiratory, cardiac, renal failure, GI, and surgical patients
• Cross training to Neurological Critical Care Unit
• Excellent leadership with flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or through collaboration with other nursing team members.

This position has a hiring range of $37.10 - $56.91.
