Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Current/valid State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing). CPR certifications.
Computer and keyboard skills. Medical terminology required.
Physical and cognitive requirements: The position's physical requirements necessitate a full range of body motion including assisting patients, stretching, bending, lifting, sitting, kneeling, stooping, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling. Classified as Very Heavy Work per USDOL, involving exerting over 100 pounds occasionally, over 50 pounds frequently, and over 20 pounds constantly to move objects. Follow NIOSH guidelines, which recommend not lifting more than 51 pounds without assistance. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, effective communication skills, and the ability to work under stress are required. Ability to perform tasks accurately, manage changing priorities, and work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team is essential.
