Our ICU is a 16-bed unit specializing in Medical-Surgical ICU patients aged 18 and older. We received the ANCC Silver Beacon Award for outstanding nursing quality outcomes in May 2020.

Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):
- A degree from an accredited nursing school (BSN or ADN)
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association, required prior to hire
- Illinois Board of Nursing license, prior to hire
- At least 1 year of ICU RN experience
Pay Range for BSN: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour
Pay Range for ADN: $32.31 - $57.06 per hour
Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification, and peer comparisons.
