Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a registered nurse to join our clinical team in New Jersey. This full-time role works 36 hours per week, delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process and a patient-centered approach.

Candidates must have an Associate degree in Nursing with NJ RN licensure; BSN preferred. ACLS/PALS/NRP and stroke/CNE training are expected within orientation and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or nursing program graduate.
• BSN preferred.
• Active NJ RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality nursing care using the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Ensures patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Provides patient/family education and emotional support.
• Participates in regulatory readiness and performance improvement activities.
• Documents discharge plans and coordinates care with the health care team.
