Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit on the night shift. The role requires strong critical care nursing skills, bedside patient care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous RN Intensive Care (Critical Care) experience STRONGLY preferred
• Previous RN bedside acute care hospital experience REQUIRED

Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; All Direct Care RNs required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
