Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

1. NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
2. AHA BLS/CPR certification is required within 60 days of hire.
3. BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire. (Note: This applies to team members hired on or after November 2019).
4. Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
