REGISTERED NURSE ICU/CCU - Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse - Up to $15K SIGN ON BONUS - IMMEDIATE NEED

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU/CCU at i4 Search Group Healthcare Recruiting. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-level care to critically ill patients in our ICU department.

Position Details
  • Type: Full-Time Permanent
  • Location: Las Cruces, NM
  • Shift: Days
Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress
  • Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Provide updates to doctors, patients, and families
  • Administer medications and care according to policies
  • Respond to medical emergencies promptly
  • Care for patients recovering in the ICU
  • Complete necessary paperwork for patient transfers
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Design and implement effective care plans
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year recent RN experience in a clinical setting
  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • Current relevant certifications
  • Strong understanding of healthcare information systems
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • Ability to work under stress and emotional situations
  • Availability for 12-hour day and night shifts
