Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient-family centered care across our inpatient units. You will apply evidence-based nursing practices to ensure quality, safety and compassionate care in a faith-based environment.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, ICU/CCU/CVCU experience, and either an ADN or BSN (BSN preferred). BLS and ACLS are required, with opportunities for BSN completion within a defined timeframe.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Seven months of RN experience in an ICU, CCU, or CVCU setting.
• Associate degree in Nursing or BSN preferred.
• RNs hired with an Associate degree will have 3 years from their date of hire to complete the BSN degree.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in area of practice preferred.
