Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to deliver patient-family centered care across Miami- Dade and surrounding counties. The role requires an active Florida RN license and proficiency in core nursing skills within a fast-paced medical-surgical setting.

7 months of RN experience in a Medical-Surgical unit, BLS/ACLS, and BSN preferred will strengthen candidacy. Sign-on bonus available with experience, and generous benefits are provided by this not-for-profit

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in nursing or bachelor's degree in nursing, BSN preferred.
• RNs hired prior to 2/2012 are not required to have a BSN to continue in their non-leadership role as an RN.
• RNs hired after 2/2012 with an associate degree will have 3 years from their date of hire to complete the BSN degree.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in area of practice preferred.

The Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse- DPC RN is a licensed professional able to demonstrate the following proficiency and mastery of the core competencies: assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership and service who delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing and promoting evidence based practice standards of quality, safety and service.
