Job summary

Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse ICU to provide expert, compassionate care for high-acuity patients. You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators and critical drips, monitor hemodynamics, and respond quickly to changes in patient status.

You will collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and follow evidence-based protocols.

Qualifications

• Care for high-acuity ICU patients with comprehensive assessments.
• Manage ventilators and critical drips per protocols.
• Monitor hemodynamics and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists and teams.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
