TALENT Software Services is seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse to join a teaching hospital in Saint Paul, MN. This role focuses on med/surg and cardiac ICU patients, with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio and the opportunity to float within scope as needed.

Formación

• Active RN license in Minnesota or eligible.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.

Schedule & Compensation

• Guaranteed hours with the possibility of up to 3 shift cancellations without penalty.
• On-call hours are not required.
• Block scheduling is not available.
