Affinity Home Health Care Inc is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating and delivering nursing care with the care team, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.

Applicants should have ADN/BSN, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS/TNCC readiness, and at least one year of critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN license in practice state(s) or active multi-state license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within one month; TNCC within six months.
• Minimum of one year critical care experience.
