Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Document steps of the nursing process and use proper medical terminology.
• Collaborate with disciplines and facilitate patient discharge with referrals and education.
• Support unit and hospital goals through attendance at in-services and education activities.
