Job summary

Gateway BHS is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical care under general supervision, including nursing assessments, medication administration, and patient education. Requires a Georgia RN license and a nursing degree (BSN or ASN). The position is office-based with potential travel between Gateway sites and a focus on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college.
• Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Relevant nursing experience as described in essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nursing Assessments per MD orders and standards.
• Conduct head-to-toe exams and vital signs.
• Administer medications accurately following guidelines.
• Provide care and treatments per Nursing Standards of Practice.
• Maintain records and documentation accurately and timely.
• Oversee LPNs and Direct Support Staff; ensure patient care quality.
