Join us as a Registered Nurse I for the daytime shift from 11am to 7pm, full-time, at Christian Living Communities.

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, implementing, and evaluating resident care to meet residents' needs while adhering to legal and community standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with healthcare team, residents, and families regarding care and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate Resident Care Plans and ensure medication administration is compliant with physician orders.
  • Supervise ancillary staff and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Document care activities and recognize signs requiring intervention.
Qualifications
  • Current Colorado RN license in good standing.
  • Preferred: Geriatrics training, 1+ year experience in long-term care and supervisory roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English with excellent customer service skills.
Physical & Working Conditions
  • Handle objects up to 50 pounds, possible exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.
  • Frequent interaction with residents, families, and staff.
