The Opportunity:

The float pool may offer you the independence and variety you're seeking, along with an added pay differential!

Saint Luke’s North Hospital is seeking a Float Pool Nurse to join our team. You will have the opportunity to help improve hospital throughput and capacity while enhancing the patient experience by floating as needed based on staffing and patient care needs across departments including surgical intermediate, medical telemetry, medical intermediate, physical rehabilitation, and behavioral health units. Shift Details: Part Time Night shift, 6:45 pm - 7:15 am, 2 shifts per week

The Work:

1. Utilize the nursing process
2. Perform patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise other patient care staff
3. Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
4. Demonstrate proficiency and adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures

Job Requirements:

Experience: Less than 1 year

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), RQI - Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Mandt Certification, Multi-State Registered Nurse License (NURSYS)
