Job summary

Mercy Hospital Springfield - Wound Care Clinic in Missouri is seeking a full-time RN to provide nursing care on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. The role requires utilization of the nursing process and coordination with other departments to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in the hiring state or with compact licensure. A Hyperbaric Chamber Operator certificate is required within 60 days of hire.

• This position will float within the department when needed.

Days

Overview:

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Licensure/Certification(s):

• Within 60 days you will be required to have a Hyperbaric Chamber Operator certificate.

This position will float within department when needed.
