Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the hospital float pool with benefits. Nights, multiple shifts, and an additional differential for resource pool RNs.

As an RN, you will be assigned to various units within your scope, perform meds administration, assessments, and family communication. Magnet recognition, 145 beds, advanced imaging, smart ORs, opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of recent hospital-based bedside RN experience in Med/Surg, IMCU/Stepdown, ICU, or ED.
• RN license to practice in VA.

Responsibilities

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
