Hospital at Home nurses will experience a collaborative team approach and enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to provide personalized care. Responsibilities include patient education, infusions, line care, catheter care, wound care, VAC management, and chronic disease management. This position offers rewarding experiences and professional growth.

We seek an RN with at least 2 years of acute inpatient experience to provide in-home visits in the South Region. The shift involves four 10-hour shifts weekly, including every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications:

  • An Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA
  • Additional certifications may be required per department
