Compensation

Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Position Overview

Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Remote

Pay: $26/hour

Training Schedule: Four weeks, meeting on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm MST for the first two weeks, then on Thursdays plus an additional day assigned by your trainer in the third week, and two assigned weekdays in the fourth week.

Work Schedule: Thursday to Sunday, 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm MST

Role Summary

Provide after-hours telephone triage care to hospice and home health patients and caregivers remotely, making a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate after-hours RN triage care
• Communicate empathetically during difficult situations
• Assess patient needs and provide care instructions
• Coordinate with healthcare team members
• Document care in electronic health records

Qualifications

• RN license in a compact state (in good standing)
• 4+ years of clinical nursing experience; experience in home health, palliative, med-surg, geriatrics, ICU, ER, or hospice preferred
• English fluency required; Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency with computers and telecommunications
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
