Registered Nurse – Hospice - Remote (Friday to Monday, 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm MST)

Join CareXM as a Registered Nurse – Hospice - Remote (Friday to Monday, 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm MST).

Job Details

Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Location: Remote

Training Schedule: Four weeks, with sessions on Monday, Wednesday & Friday (5:00 pm - 8:30 pm MST), and additional days assigned by trainer in later weeks.

Work Schedule: Friday to Monday, 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm MST

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate after-hours telephone triage care to hospice and home health patients and caregivers.
• Assess patient needs, provide care instructions, and document in EHR.
• Coordinate with healthcare team and communicate empathetically.

Qualifications

• RN license in a compact state (in good standing).
• 4+ years of clinical nursing experience; home health, palliative, med-surg, geriatrics, ICU, ER, or hospice preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and telecommunications.
• Ability to work independently and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
