VNA Home Health & Hospice is seeking an After-Hours Visiting Registered Nurse to provide home health and hospice care during after-hours coverage. Responsibilities include visits, admissions, and hospice death visits, with the ability to work independently and document promptly.
The role requires RI licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with hospice and OASIS certs preferred but not required and may be obtained during employment.
Under the direction of the Clinical Manager/Director, the After-Hours Visiting RN provides home health and hospice care during scheduled after-hours coverage. The RN must be flexible with assignments, communicate concerns to leadership, and perform all duties in accordance with agency policies, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
