Medi Home Health and Hospice in Sparta, NC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate hospice care to patients and families in the service area. You will work within a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of the Hospice Administrator to deliver dignified end-of-life care.

Qualified candidates have an accredited RN program, a compassionate mindset, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $67,000 – $75,000

We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in the Sparta (Alleghany, Wilkes, Surry, and Yadkin Counties), NC area.

In this role, you'll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator. You’ll be a steady presence and a source of comfort, helping patients and their loved ones navigate one of life’s most profound journeys with dignity, grace, and support.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.
• Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.
• Uphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.
