Medi Home Health and Hospice-Charting Station, part of the Medical Services of America family, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care in Raleigh, NC, and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program.
• Experience delivering compassionate hospice care is preferred.
• Active RN license in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.
• Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.
• Uphold care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.

We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in the Raleigh, Smithfield, and Garner (Wake, Smithfield, and Johnston Counties), NC communities.

In this role, you'll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator. You’ll be a steady presence and a source of comfort, helping patients and their loved ones navigate one of life’s most profound journeys with dignity, grace, and support.
