Job summary

Compassus is looking for a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN Case Manager) in Grants, NM. This position enables you to deliver quality care while fostering meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse is required; hospice experience is preferred.
• Must possess a current driver’s license.
