Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Home Health Weekend Nurse to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing in patients’ homes, primarily during weekend shifts. You will perform admissions across care levels, including Infusion and Wounds, and provide essential education to patients and caregivers to maintain independence at home.

The role requires an active Missouri RN license, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a weekend-focused schedule and opportunities for growth within CoxHealth’s home

Providing education and resources to patients and caregivers allowing them to manage their conditions and remain in their own home.
