Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Missouri RN license.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Weekend availability preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home skilled nursing care and evaluation to patients.
- Perform admissions for varying levels of patient care during weekends.
- Educate patients and caregivers to manage conditions at home.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to Providers and adjust plans of care as needed.
