BAYADA Home Health Care in Maryland is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to perform home health visits across Cecil County. The role offers flexible schedules, 1:1 patient care, and a strong work/life balance.

Responsibilities include following care plans, administering medications, wound care, and documenting notes. Qualifications include MD RN license, 1 year of clinical experience, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Current MD RN license to practice in Maryland.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan tailored to patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document orders and care observations accurately.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in MD.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications:
$55.00-$62.00 per point.
