Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home visit care throughout Northampton County, PA. Flexible scheduling (PRN, part-time, or full-time) supports 1:1 patient care with a focus on quality and work/life balance.

Base pay ranges from $52.00 to $64.00 per hour, with benefits including holidays, paid time off, health plans, 401(k) with match, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.

• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$52.00 - $64.00 per point
