Job summary
Ultimate Home Health Care LLC, a Pillar Health Group Company, is seeking Registered Nurse Case Managers to deliver high-quality home healthcare across Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Full-time opportunities with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits are available.
Responsibilities include in-home care, documenting with OASIS/Kinnser, and responding to PRN emergencies. Texas RN license, driver B license, and 1+ year home health experience are required.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Active Texas RN License and Driver's License.
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience.
- Experience with OASIS/Kinnser preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and travel locally.
- License/Certification:RN License (Required).
- License/Certification:Driver's License (Required).
- Registered nurse Texas (Required).
- Willingness to travel:100% (Required).
- Experience:Home Health:1 year (Required).
