Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a 13-week home health contract in Springdale, AR. The role focuses on patient-centered care in home settings, with a weekday schedule and field-based responsibilities.

You will perform OASIS assessments, wound and IV care, medication administration, and care planning, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families while complying with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license, in good standing, for the applicable state.
• At least 1 year of recent home health experience (field-based preferred).
• Proficiency with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) documentation.
• OASIS assessment experience required.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OASIS assessments and develop individualized care plans for each patient.
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions, including wound and IV care, medication administration, and chronic disease management.
• Track and evaluate patient progress, reporting changes and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (PTs, OTs, social workers, HHAs).
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, medications, and preventative strategies for improved outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in HCHB.
• Participate actively in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure all care meets regulatory and agency standards

Key Qualifications:

$2,057 - $2,176/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
