Home Health RN - Everett & Surrounding Areas

Start Date: ASAP, compliance takes about 2 weeks

Shift: 8hr Days

Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)

First-Timers Accepted: YES

Weekend REQ: see on call requirement

Is On-Call REQ?: Every 4th weekend and a weekday on-call after hours 2-3 times per month

Locals Accepted: Yes

Experience Requirements: 1 year of recent Skilled Home Health Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years)

Case Load: Geriatric

Certs REQ: BCLS

License: Must have WA license, or compact license

Additional Notes: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. The system does a good job grouping clients to minimize drive and windshield time, with occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles. Timely communication and documentation are required; documentation tools will be provided and must be returned.
